綠茶味 Green tea flavour
糯米粉 100g Glutinous rice flour
水 90g Water
綠茶粉 1tsp Green tea powder
原味 Original flavour
糯米粉 100g Glutinous rice flour
水 90g Water
片糖 1pcs Slab sugar
水 500ml Water
薑 2pcs Ginger
花生 30g Peanut
芝麻 5g Sesame
1.把糯米粉加水搓成糰,再搓成細粒
2.片糖及薑加水煮滾,放入小丸子並以中火烹煮5分鐘,盛起小丸子
3.糖水用大火煮至略稠,倒入丸子中浸至入味
4.花生壓碎後加上芝麻,以用慢火炒至金黃色,再放上丸子上,完成
